WHAT TO EXPECT

GENERAL ADMIN

Intake

Intake paperwork will be sent before the evaluation to gather basic and additional information that may contribute towards a full picture.

Evaluation

The evaluation includes interviews, observations, and often assessments determined by each client’s needs and age. Evaluations are always individualized.

Report

A comprehensive report is provided including any assessment results, as well as goals created in collaboration with the client reflecting their priorities.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Look out for the Be Me OT sign and proceed up the shared driveway towards the garage and park near the “peace” sign.

Parking

There are 2 parking spots available next to the garage. Clients can wait here until Jenna meets them to transition to the OT space through the gate.

Garden

Raised beds in a professionally landscaped garden are active during the warm growing seasons.

Office

The office is nestled in a serene fenced-in yard behind the house.

Inside

The office is designed to be beautiful, calming, and welcoming.

Refreshments

The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar is in a cozy nook near the crash pad. Feel welcome to access and enjoy as wanted.

Dog

Luci, the BE ME OT pup, can join sessions for snuggles and ear rubs, if desired.

Chickens

Silky chickens are friendly and like treats and cuddles, but are also happy to hang out in their coop if clients prefer.
